Shipping policy

I rely on the USPS tracking number to determine the status of an order. If your domestic package goes off the radar for 30 days or more, I can offer you a refund or replacement. Packages marked as delivered are considered to be as such and any discrepancies should be discussed with your local post office. If you'd like to add signature confirmation or insurance to your package, please contact me before or immediately after your order is placed. These add-ons will result in a small additional fee."
