Most orders ship within 3–5 business days from my Oregon studio.
During peak holiday seasons or large product launches, processing times may increase slightly. If that happens, I update website announcements so you always know what to expect.

Overnight or 1-day express shipping is not available.
You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Tracking updates are provided by USPS.
If a package shows no tracking movement for 30 days or more, you may choose a replacement or a refund.
Packages marked as Delivered are considered delivered.If you believe your package was mis-delivered, please contact your local post office first — they can provide GPS delivery details that I do not have access to.
Yes — simply contact me before or immediately after placing your order.
These upgrades have a small additional cost.
Yes — most products in the shop are personalized.
Your item is created exactly as entered at checkout, so please double-check:
- Names
- Dates
- Spellings
- Capitalization
- Design choices
If you need a correction, contact me right away. If your item has not entered production, I can update it.
Most personalized items include a Live Preview on the website so you can see your design before placing your order. For items without live preview, you may request a proof at checkout.
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to us immediately with your order number and photos of the damage (if applicable). We'll take care of the issue and send a replacement at no additional cost.

Because each item is custom-made just for you, custom and personalized items are final sale.Returns and exchanges are not available unless an error is made on my end.
If I create your item incorrectly, I will replace it at no cost to you.
If your order is damaged in transit or confirmed lost, please contact me immediately with:
- Your order number
- Photos of damage (if applicable)

Yes — they include hidden neodymium magnets attached with a strong, long-lasting adhesive.Magnet strength can vary depending on the cruise door material or paint thickness.
Most cruise cabin doors are metal and work well with magnets. Some ships have non-metal sections or thicker coatings that may reduce magnet strength.
Most banners measure about 12" × 18", sized for standard cruise doors.
